Tuesday, 26 November 2013 | Colin  At Accessory Fair we have a standard 'no quibbles' 14-day return period - however we realise that this isn't much use if you're buying a Christmas present for someone a month before the big day. What if they don't like it, or it doesn't fit?? For this reason we have extended our standard returns period for Christmas gifts, and you now have until the 8th January 2014 to return any gifts that you have purchased. |

The World Fair Trade Day is an initiative of the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO) that takes place on 12 May 2012. It is a worldwide festival of events celebrating Fair Trade as a tangible contribution to the fight against poverty, climate change and the economic crisis that has the greatest impact on the world’s most vulnerable populations. |

Friday, 27 April 2012 | Colin We thought we should give our customers advance warning that, from next Monday (30th April 2012) we are having to change the way mail your orders out. Next Monday is when the latest Royal Mail price increases take effect, and these large increases have meant that we have had to do some serious thinking! You may remember that there were also large increases in the cost of mailing packages last year, however we decided that we would absorb those – but unfortunately we cannot afford to absorb them again this year. We do not, however, want to increase our prices – so we got our calculators out and produced a fancy spreadsheet which showed that we could keep our prices the same by changing our free UK postage to 2nd class post from 1st class. Whilst this means purchases will be delivered in 2-3 days instead of 1 day, it does allow us to keep our prices on hold. |
