New: Loyalty Points
Thursday, 6 August 2020 | Joanna
We love it when we get an order from a new customer, but we love it even more when a previous customer places another order with us.
For a while now we've been sending out a card with a voucher code on to every customer, but we've noticed that not everyone uses them.
We understand they get lost, you forget you have the code etc etc.
And since our discount code only works if you spend £25 you might not be able to afford that every time.
So we're delighted that we're now able to introduce a loyalty points system.
When you place your order you can choose to become a registered user and receive our monthly newsletter. As soon as you do this you become eligiible for the loyalty scheme.
All you need to do is order as normal. We'll add up your points and when you've spent enough to qualify for a discount it will be applied automatically next time you shop with us.
The scheme works like this:
You earn 1 point for every £1 you spend. This equates to 10p in loyalty bonus. When you've spent £50 or over on goods (ie not including delivery charges) - whether from one or five orders - you can choose to apply the loyalty points in part payment towards your next order.
So if you place an order for an item at £15 you receive £1.50 loyalty points.
The next month you buy a birthday gift worth £20. This adds £2 to your loyalty point total.
A couple of months later you buy another item worth £20. This adds another £2 which takes you to £5.50 in loyalty points. Because this is over £5 you will be able to use it next time you order.
Your next order comes to £15, you'll have the opportunity to use your £5.50 in part payment towards it. Or you can choose to carry on collecting loyalty points to use at a later date or to save more money on a bigger order.
You will need to use your points within 3 years of starting collecting.
So we hope you like this new scheme and thank you for being a loyal and lovely customer.
