A word about packaging
We know it's important to you that the goods you order from us have a minimal negative impact on the planet so we're always striving to reduce waste in packaging. We've been posting out orders for over 15 years and while technology has moved on in that time, there are several things we have to consider when it comes to packaging your goods.
1. On its way to you your parcel might be at the bottom of a 1m high mailing sack, at the bottom of a pile of sacks in the Royal Mail lorry. Because of this we will often use a small amount of bubble wrap to protect products from being crushed where appropriate. We use recycled and recyclable bubble wrap for this and ask you to reuse or recycle it after it gets to you. if you find a plastic air filled "pillow" in your parcel it will be upcycled from a delivery we ourselves have received.
2. Postal workers deliver in all weathers and sometimes this means your parcels get wet. We've found in most cases the best way to protect your products is a recycled plastic mailing sack. This also means that the parcel can be easily disinfected to protect against coronavirus. We use tape to avoid loose corners and minimise the chance of the parcel ripping.

Delivery Options & Costs
All our parcels are sent Royal Mail First Class, or Parcelforce 48 for larger orders.
This means that you should receive your parcel within 3 days of placing the order, normally much sooner.
UK Delivery is free for orders over £15.00
Delivery will be charged at £3.50 for UK orders up to £14.99

We have introduced a home delivery service which is free for orders £10 and over in the following postcode areas:

Outside the UK
All's Fair is registered with HMRC for the Customs Declaration service. Our EORI number is:
Standard – our standard method of delivery to customers outside of the UK is Royal Mail's International Standard airmail service. The price for this service is calculated based on the weight of the goods you are buying, and ranges from £2.00 to £8.00 per item. You can see the exact cost of shipping in the Shopping Basket before you check out.
Premium – you have the option to upgrade your delivery service to Royal Mail's International Tracked & Signed service for an additional fee of £5.50. (NB. Royal Mail's Tracked & Signed service is not available for every country we ship to - customers in these countries will be offered the opportunity to upgrade to International Signed instead).
Please note that a signature is required when receiving a Tracked & Signed or Signed package, so please ensure that there will be someone at home to take delivery.
Customs Clearance – You should be aware that all items will need to clear customs when entering your country. We will ensure that your purchase is packaged correctly, and therefore should clear customs without any problems.
Import Duties – Whilst it is unusual for our goods to encounter charges, regulations are different in every country and therefore we cannot be responsible for any customs charges or import duties that might be levied on your purchase. If you are concerned about possible charges which might be levied you should check with the customs authority in the country you live before purchasing.
When will you send my order?
We only sell items that we currently have in stock, and therefore you can be assured that your purchase will be available for immediate dispatch as soon as you have paid (see our Payment Methods page for available payment options).
We aim to process all orders within 48 hours and post them to you within two working days.
You will receive an automated email shortly after we have posted your order to confirm that it is on its way.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
UK 1st class packages usually arrive the next working day after posting (Monday to Saturday).

How will my order be packaged?
This will depend on the contents and size of your order. All purchases are packaged either in strong, environmentally friendly, waterproof mail sacks or bubble-lined envelopes.
We are well practised in ensuring that your order will reach you in perfect condition; however as part of our commitment to minimising our environmental impact we don’t go over the top on packaging. There’s no need to worry though – in all our years of trading we haven’t had any orders which have been damaged in the post.
If your purchase is a gift we will be happy to send it directly to the recipient. You should be aware, however, that a confirmation invoice (which includes the cost of the items purchased) is automatically included with all orders. If you would like us to remove the invoice please make a note in the comments section during checkout and we will make sure it is not sent. You can also use this section to request free giftwrap or a gift card with your own wording.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
It is very rare for any of our packages to go missing in the mail system, however (as much as we would like it to be) no delivery service is perfect.
If you think that your order has been lost in the post then we would, in the first instance, ask you to be patient, as in the majority of cases it has just been delayed en-route. It is often worth checking if your package has been left with a neighbour, or returned to your local delivery office – even if no card has been left.
For UK customers, if your purchase hasn’t arrived 15 working days after it was posted then we will assume that it has been lost and we will give you either a full refund or send you a replacement item, as you wish.
Please note that for orders sent to Europe we will wait 20 working days before assuming that a package has been lost, and for purchases sent to the rest of the world, 25 working days.
