Payment

We take online payments via PayPal.

If you prefer not to pay this way, we can take your card payment over the phone.

Simply fill your basket with all the items you want to buy - and remember you get free UK delivery when you spend at least £15. When it comes to checkout please click the "Secure Payment" option instead of PayPal.

All you need to do is give Joanna a ring on 01757 617143 and she'll call you back to take payment - 10am to 8pm 7 days a week. If she's popped to the Post Office just leave a message and she'll call you back.

If you register your email address with us you'll receive 1 point for every £1 you spend. Each point is worth 10p and when you've placed orders to the value of £50 or over - whether that's one order or five - you'll be able to use your points in part payment for your next order.

For more details read our blog post about the scheme.

Packaging

We are trying to reduce our impact on the environment in as many ways as we can without compromising on customer service and safety.

Where possible we reuse packaging we receive from our suppliers. Our leaflets and paper invoices are 100% recycled paper. Our mailing bags and bubble wrap are either compostable or 100% recycled plastic. Our documents enclosed envelopes are biodegradable. We are on a journey with this and will be making more changes as soon as products become available.

Royal Mail 1st Class delivery costs £3.50 in the UK for orders up to £15. UK delivery is free for orders over £15. With free delivery we will normally send your parcels First Class but for heavier or larger items we may have to use Second Class or Parcelforce 48.

We are a small home based business.

We keep all stock at home, so when you place an order, we don't have to travel to collect or package your items. It's all done in our home office.

We package the majority of our goods in recycled plastic mailing bags. Originally we started doing this to protect against rainwater, but now it means you have the option to disinfect the package when it arrives in your home.

We have been strictly observing the government's advice and have been socially distancing - staying in apart from for essential trips - since 16 March.

As far as we can be sure, nobody who lives in or has visited our home has been ill since the outbreak hit the UK.

We use the Royal Mail and very occasionally Parcelforce for deliveries. We have a "Drop & Go" account so we don't have to wait in line or get within 2 metres of anyone when we post out your goods. As long as our local post offices are open, and we remain well, we will get your orders out. Like a lot of essential services, the Royal Mail is under pressure with staff self-isolating, so your parcel may not arrive as quickly as you would normally expect, None of this is normal, but we'll get through it together.

Artisans and producers in low income countries rely on fair trade to support their families. Fair trade has helped build some resilience into the communities we help in the form of better hygiene and sanitation, better nutrition and healthcare support. Most of the countries where our goods originate have banned exports and imports to limit the spread of the virus. This means workers are unable to get their work to us, and in some cases their workshops are closed. Our suppliers are continuing to pay for and place orders to keep their producers going through what we hope is a very short-lived period in our lives. In contrast, high street fashion companies in the UK have cancelled $1.5bn in orders with garment factories in Bangladesh, putting thousands of low paid women out of work.

The need for fair trade has never been clearer. Thank you for your support and stay safe and well.

We have received the "Good To Go" mark from National Tourist Organisations of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Read more about it in our blogpost

Tony's Chocolonely is a relatively new name in Fairtrade chocolate in the UK.

Here's what they say about themselves:

We show that chocolate can be made differently, without slavery and exploitation. We’ve developed our own rules of the game for slave-free cocoa with five rules. It enables the farmers to make a decent living. It also ensures that we know exactly where our beans come from and allows us to work with the farmers to eliminate the abuses in the industry!

The cocoa farmers are members of our partner cooperatives Kapatchiva, Ecojad, ECAM and SOCOOPACDI in Ivory Coast and ABOCFA in Ghana. Tony’s Impact team regularly travels to Ghana and Ivory Coast to visit the partner cooperatives and attend their annual general meetings. It goes without saying, that when we visit, we always take an extra bag of Tony's chocolate with us so that the farmers can see (and taste!) the results of all their hard work.

Christmas Deliveries

November and December are the busiest time for our postal service and orders which are sent First Class, as all your All's Fair purchases will be, can take several days to arrive instead of the usual 1-2 days. Therefore we recommend you order as early as possible so you can be sure you get your items in plenty of time for you to wrap them up.

The Royal Mail's last day for guaranteed Christmas delivery is Monday 21 December 2019. Any orders you place with us on or before 20 December will be posted First Class and should get there before Christmas.

Non-UK Customers:

Customers outside of the UK will have their order shipped by Royal Mail's International Standard service. The cost for delivery depends on the weight of the goods you are purchasing, and ranges from £2 to £20 - you can see the exact cost of shipping in the Shopping Basket before you checkout.

We recommend you order before 30 November if you require any items for Christmas delivery outside the UK.

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, however to ensure that you are completely satisfied Accessory Fair offers a "no quibbles" 14-day returns policy.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason then you can return it to us for a refund or replacement.

For more details see our Returns & Refunds page.

Extended Christmas Returns

We realise that our normal 14-day returns period isn't much use if you're buying a Christmas present for someone a month before the big day. What if they don't like it, or it doesn't fit??

For this reason we have extended our standard returns period for Christmas gifts, and you now have until the 8th January 2021 to return any gifts that you have purchased.

And don't forget that this is a 'no quibbles' guarantee - so if, for any reason, it isn't suitable, feel free to send it back to us for a refund or replacement.
