What if I want to return my purchase for a refund or exchange?

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, however to ensure that you are completely satisfied weoffer a 'no quibbles' 28-day returns policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason then you can return it to us for a refund or replacement.


How should I return my purchase?

Before returning your purchase please email us to tell us that you are sending it back, and let us know whether you would like to exchange it for something else, or you would prefer a refund. We would also be grateful if you could tell us why it is being returned (don’t worry, we’re not going to refuse your return – but we’re always keen to know if there is anything we can do to improve our products and service).

Please return your purchase to us within 28 days of receipt, and ensure that it is:

  • Unused and in the same condition as arrived with you.
  • In a resalable condition, preferably with swing tags still attached.
  • Well packaged, so that it arrives back with us in the same condition it left you (if possible, please reuse our original packaging).

When mailing the item please include a note of your order number (found on your invoice or purchase confirmation email) so we can match it to your original purchase.

Please note that we will not refund the cost of you shipping your purchase back to us unless the item was damaged or faulty when you received it.

For your own protection you should obtain a Proof of Posting, available free of charge from the Post Office, when returning your order – just in case it goes missing en-route (we can’t process a refund or exchange for an item we don’t get back).


How quickly will you process my return?

We will usually sort out any exchanges within 24 hours of the item arriving back with us; however this may take a little longer during busier periods.

If you would prefer a refund we will also process this with within 24 hours, however it might take a few days for the refund to show on your credit card statement. We will refund any money due to you in the same way you paid for your purchase, unless you specifically request otherwise. Please note that we cannot refund monies to anyone other than the person who bought the goods.

We will send you an email to confirm that your return has been processed.


My purchase looks slightly different to the photo on your website

Please note that the majority of our products are handmade goods, produced by skilled craftsmen using high quality materials and environmentally friendly production methods. This method of production means that the item you purchase will be unique, however it also means that goods might not all be exactly the same size, patterns may vary slightly from product to product, and there can occasionally be minor imperfections in the finished article. We view these differences as a sign of the individuality of the product, and not necessarily as a fault. Notwithstanding this, if you are unhappy with the item you have received then we will be happy to exchange it or give you a refund.
